When registering for an account, you must complete the registration form. To register, you will enter your email and choose a password, which you are completely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Alipes Capital ApS or another party due to someone else using your account. While the initial beta testing period is free of charge, Alipes Capital ApS reserves the right to charge a fee at a later stage for use of the Services. However, any such charges will be disclosed to you in advance.

Neither Alipes Capital ApS nor any of its third party information providers shall be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Services.
